My Transformation
Before I gained knowledge about fitness, I fell victim to restrictive dieting and lots of cardio. I was lifting, but not enough- and only consuming 800 calories a day. There are 3 years between these photos, and so much mental and physical growth. I have packed everything I learned from my journey into this guide. As your trainer, I am here to tell you that you don’t need surgery or crazy diets to look and feel your best. You need proper guidance, dedication, weight lifting and the right food.
