My fitness journey began 7 years ago when I took a weight training class and fell in love. In college, I lacked guidance and fell into the trap that skinny = healthy. I restricted calories, cut carbs out of my diet, and overtrained. Fast forward 4 years and I have gained 40 lbs, a heck of a lot for confidence, and a healthy mind and body. I created my business with my younger self in mind, and strive to help women reach their goals, fall in love with their bodies, and become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

I will never enforce any strict dieting, fad diets, or workouts that you hate.
You will focus on learning whats in the food you are eating, how to eat for your goals, and how to listen to your bodies needs.

My goal is to help you heal your relationship with food, and your body.
